Normally the production time is 15-20 Calendar days. If your order is urgent, we can arrange it as priority. Please contact our sales for a more exact timeline.
QCan I get a sample before placing an order?
We can provide free similar products we produced for quality check, whereas you just pay the shipping cost. If you want to custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involved. However, this could be refund upon mass production.
QHow can I pay?
QWhat kind of file do you need to make the mass production?
AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file, do not worry, we can provide design services for you.
QHow do you ensure product quality?
We have advanced machinery to assure the quality of our product for all our clients. The machinery is regularly serviced to ensure excellent production. However printing products always have color deviation, we cannot promise to avoid it.
