3Can I order samples? Are they free of charge?

Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.

From the date of delivery, the entire machine is backed by a 12-month warranty, and the thermal print head is covered for 3 months under normal working conditions.
